The LH Education approach includes:
- A multi-age approach to the classroom, structuring the classroom to allow teachers to know learning styles and increase student involvement in learning and teaching opportunities. Younger students can learn from older students and older students can have an opportunity to take on leadership roles and share knowledge. This model is shown to increase self-esteem, cooperative behaviors, and social skills.
- A mixture of traditional classroom learning and project-based learning where students can use their interests and favorite things within their learning process.
- Community based learning through classroom visits and community learning and the start of job exploration.
The Application Process

- Step 2: School Tour/Initial Visit
- Step 3: Submit Paperwork (Application, Financial Aid Application, Observation forms)
- Step 4: Meeting with Intake Coordinator, including parent and student
- Step 5: Decision (Admission, Waitlist or Denial of student)
- Step 6: Enrollment Meeting with Intake Coordinator
